My background is operations. Hospitality management, facility operations, and a long run in customer relations — retention, support, and the daily work of keeping clients answered and looked after. I have run bookings, managed vendors, handled complaints, chased confirmations and tracked who had paid and who had not. Most of it by hand, most of it landing on one person.

That is where this started. Not with an interest in AI, but with knowing precisely what an unanswered enquiry costs a business, and how much of a working day disappears into tasks that repeat.

I began learning AI and automation while still doing that work, which mattered more than any curriculum could have. I was not looking for something to build. I already had the list.

What I build now. Client enquiry systems that read, classify and answer without anyone triaging an inbox. Hiring pipelines that keep candidates informed instead of leaving them in silence — one of them running for a Lagos logistics company. Discovery engines that read, score and prioritise so a person only reviews what is worth reviewing. Websites and applications built with AI-assisted development. Brand and print work, including a full editorial magazine for a Lagos luxury events house. Documents, systems and creative work for clients across nonprofits, education and small business.

The method does not change: find the work that repeats, understand what it actually costs, and build something that does it properly. If your business is running on manual effort that should not require a person, that is the conversation I want to have.
