Bootcamp
Automation Bootcamp
A hands-on programme for people who already know their work is repeating and want to automate it properly. Not a tour of tools — you leave with one automation running against your own process, documented well enough that someone else could maintain it.
Who it is for
Operators, not engineers
Business owners, operations and admin staff, and freelancers carrying manual work that should not require a person. No programming background is assumed.
Curriculum
Five modules, in order
MOD—001
Find the work that repeats
Auditing a working week honestly: what tasks recur, how long they actually take, and what each one costs. Nothing is built before this is written down.
MOD—002
Map before you build
Turning a manual process into a diagram — trigger, decisions, steps, exceptions — so the automation is designed rather than discovered halfway through.
MOD—003
Build the workflow
Assembling the real thing: triggers, an AI step that classifies or drafts, the actions that follow, and a log you can inspect when something looks wrong.
MOD—004
Handle failure
What happens when a model returns nonsense, a service is down, or an edge case arrives. Retries, fallbacks, and knowing when a human should be pulled in.
MOD—005
Document and hand over
Writing the operating notes so the workflow belongs to the team, not to the person who built it. This is the part most automation work skips.
