Workflow

  1. Trigger

    A candidate submits the application form.

  2. Step 1

    The candidate immediately receives a confirmation that their application arrived.

  3. Step 2

    The application is logged to a central tracker.

  4. Step 3

    HR is alerted to the new application.

  5. Step 4

    The candidate is automatically banded by years of experience.

  6. Step 5

    A decision email appropriate to that band is sent.

  7. Result

    Candidates get an answer instead of silence, and the hiring team works from one tracker rather than an inbox.
